Heritage Family Coverage is a trade name of Manx Management LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect. When you fill out a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, state, age range, who the coverage is for, the coverage amount and monthly budget you are interested in, whether you have current coverage, how you prefer to be contacted and the best time to reach you. If you speak with a licensed agent about coverage, we collect the information needed to quote and apply for insurance, which can include date of birth, health history and payment details. We also collect basic website usage data such as pages visited.
How we use it. We use your information to contact you about the insurance information you requested, to schedule calls, to quote and help you apply for coverage, to service your policy, to keep records required by law, and to improve our advertising.
Calls and text messages. If you give consent on a form, we may call and text you at the number you provided about final expense life insurance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Who we share information with. We share information with the insurance carriers you choose to apply with, with service providers that run our phone, text, scheduling, CRM and advertising systems, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising. We use Meta advertising tools, which may use cookies or similar technology to measure ad performance. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
